I love my gloves I’ve got a pair at home and at my work desk so throughout the day I do my arms a lot because of typing and less bumps in my arms and more movement, I’ve noticed when I missed a day or two over Christmas my body felt it, so I have a routine now. I have struggled with lipedema for the last 30 years. I’m the gal that buys “the next best thing” only to be disappointed. I was actually shocked on how well this system worked.
