HOW TO USE
Side 1 โ Spikey Side (Unblock)
Start on bare, dry skin. Always stroke towards the heart.
- Chest โ Begin at the chest using gentle strokes moving towards the heart. This helps unblock the lymph nodes and allows circulation to flow through.
- Arms โ Stroke from wrists up to shoulders.
- Stomach โ Use a clockwise circular motion around the belly.
- Back โ Stroke from back to front.
- Legs โ Start at the ankles and stoke all the way up to the thighs.
Spend a few extra minutes on any areas that feel like they need more attention. The spikey side works to unblock your lymph nodes, opening up the pathways so circulation can flow freely.
Side 2 โ Ball Side (Moves Lymph + Fluid)
Apply your favourite lymphatic cream or magnesium oil directly onto the skin. Then repeat the same process using the ball side of the gloves:
Chest โ Arms โ Stomach (clockwise) โ Back โ Legs (ankles to thighs)
Now that your lymph nodes are unblocked, the ball side helps move the fluid through your system, flushing it out and carrying away the buildup.

Great set is really helping me a lot
Ive been using the gloves and lymphatic cream for 4 weeks now. I feel like I've had a new spark plug inserted. Day 3 and 4 where an experience all as you described would happen. I have noticed less puffy eyes and do believe my double chins have reduced somewhat. I also think my breasts feel firmer and defiantly am losing the side fat. I have been using the cream on my face also and honestly and for the first time in 30 years went out without a face full of concealer and foundation my husband has started calling me Rosie {cheeks} so am delighted so far. Love these gloves. I have been using them everyday now for about 2 weeks. I love the feel of it. Have not noticed anything ground breaking with my body, other than well being, which is great. I enjoy them so much I purchased a set for my friend that had gone through breast cancer treatment. She is on the mend now, and she loves them too. I have been using them religiously every day. These gloves are always on top of my clothes for the day so I never forget to use them before my morning shower. Obsessed. First two weeks used every other day. Spiky side first then shower then moisturiser & magnets. Last week every day. Definitely felt wiped & bit fluey first week but kept persisting. One of the best purchases Iโve made for myself! Well needed after 2 babies and trying to support my body while breastfeeding and trying to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. These gloves help me feel energised for the big day ahead and then they help to drain away the stress of the day. Iโve been using the gloves for a few weeks now - I havenโt missed a day and I donโt want to. I love the routine which is now part of my daily shower and I look forward to it every time - the biggest thing Iโve noticed so far is being able to feel my knee caps again - no puffy, softness covering them any more - i can feel the bone and my ankles havenโt swelled up at all in the whole 2 weeks. I didnโt get any side effects and am looking forward to seeing result after the next few weeksโฆ I am also eating clean whole foods as well to expedite my results

I have used these gloves once a day since I got them about a week or so ago. I love the tingling my skin gets after using them. Iโm not sure I feel a huge difference yet although I have noticed Iโm not wanting the usual 3pm sugar fix!! So thatโs nice. I hang mine on the door of my bathroom vanity so that I actually remember to use them before I get in the shower.

After a month of using the gloves twice a day I must say that I love the way they make me feel! I havenโt lost any weight but I have lost 2 inches off my waist, not sure how that is possible. My skin looks and feels a lot better too!

Give them a go! I had been looking at them for a little while then a couple of close friends told me they use them and have really noticed a change. At first I followed instructions and started slow. I keep them in my bathroom so I can use them every day before showing and at night before bed. Maybe a coincidence but I got a cold a week later?? Anyway using them every day and I do feel better after using them. My skin feels good and I would say give them a go! I havenโt noticed any physical changes yet but I feel good!!

Hello, I wanted to share a few words to describe my experience with the lymphatic gloves. I'm a woman in my mid 40's and in the midst of noticing a few unwanted changes in my body. Bloating, weight gain, and just feeling sluggish and tired quite often. After repeatedly seeing FB ads about the gloves, I decided to purchase them. After watching a few instructional videos, I used my gloves that evening(which was quite easy). The next day, I found myself having to find a toilet throughout the day, flushing out excessive lymph fluidv that was apparently trapped in my body. After a 1-2 weeks of daily gloves usage, i noticed the bloating start to disappear and my legs and arms were looking a bit firmer. I will definitely try to keep this as a daily priority.

I have no idea how Chelsea Jean popped up on my Instagram feed however, I'm so glad she did. I've been using the gloves once a day for just over a month, and love how invigorated I feel after each use. I've noticed my apron is disappearing, and I'm very regularly when I go to the toilet each morning. I've also noticed I'm a lot grumpier, perhaps that's menopause, perhaps it's toxins moving around my body. I'm very happy with my purchase, and can't wait to see the results after a few more months.

As asked for - honest review. Iโve only been using the spiky side, I love the feel of the patting and brushing (maybe itโs my menopausal itchy skin) but beware of skin tags - ouch! I do it before the shower, and am rushing after I get out and run out of time for the roller side. As I said I like the feel of it and feel my skin is clearer, but didnโt have bloating or fluid build up to begin with. Pretty sure my largeness is just fat, not bloating ๐คฃ I will continue, and will make sure I allow time for the roller side as well. I havenโt had any side effects like some people mention.
I'm only using them every 2nd day to ease myself into it. I have a routine of doing the gloves in the morning just before I get into the shower. Not sure how long I should wait to use the rolls side and if I can use them on bare skin or should I do that with clothes on?
