Special Features
Width Extenders:
Our Extenders allow you to adjust the width of the shorts, legs and waist attachment. You will find the shorts and leg extenders already zipped into the leg attachments. If you purchased extra extenders, you will find them separately inside the CJ&CO duffel bag.
Please take note of how these have been zipped in so you understand how to do so. You can connect multiple extenders by zipping them in the same way they go into the compression attachments.
Dual-User Design:
To have 2 people use the 1 Circulate machine, or to use 2 attachments on yourself at the same time you will need 3 "Y" Connectors. You will find all 3 inside your duffel bag if you purchased the Full Body or Lower Body systems.
1ย - Plug the 1st Y-Connector directly into the motor. 2ย - Connect your 1st attachment into the 2nd Y-Connector 3ย - Connect the 2nd attachment into the 3rd Y-Connector 4ย - Take both of the attachments and plug them into each side of the Y-Connecter that is already connected to the motor from step 1.
When using this setup, please be aware that it will take slightly longer for the chambers to inflate compared to when only using 1 attachment.
How do I set up my Circulate system for the first time?

How do I adjust the compression settings?
By changing the mode and pressure settings from your motor, if you need more help with this see the video in step 2.
Can I use it daily?
Yes, you can even use it 2 times a day, if you would like a more detailed answer appropriate for your personal goals please call our clinic or contact us via email.
How long should each session be?
Each session should typically last about 30 minutes to an hour, you can certainly go over an hour but we don't recommend anything lower than 30 minutes.
What should I do if I experience discomfort during use?
Lower the pressure setting and wear a thicker peace of clothing on the chosen body part, if this does not help please contact us and we can help
How do I clean and maintain the attachments?
You can clean the attachments by using a wet wipe on the inside and outside.
How do I use multiple attachments at the same time?
Refer to step 4 and step 2 where we will show you how in the video.
Can I travel with the Circulate system?
Yes you can, circulate falls under medical equipment and does not get counted towards your carry on weight.
How do I ensure the best results from my sessions?
Go through the Chelsey Jean self lymphatic massage routine first
Make sure you are well hydrated
Be in a relaxed and comfortable setting
If the pressure feels too high simply lower it to a level at which you feel comfortable, visa versa.
How long is a piece of string? Again, every individual is different and there are many factors that can contribute to weight gain and weight loss.
Generally speaking, many of our members start to notice changes to their weight and appearance of skin tone and weight loss within 2 to 6 weeks of consistent use and incorporating the sequence into everyday life.
However, some donโt, especially if you have a compromised lymphatic system or other problems similar to fibromyalgia for example. Are there any warnings for using the Circulate?
Do not unzip the attachments while the unit is on
Always turn the power off before unzipping the attachment
Do not get the power unit wet
The equipment cannot be adjusted while in use. This means you cannot switch attachments, such as moving from legs to hips, while the motor is running.
Do not use the power unit while it is charging. Always fully charge it before use. Using the device during charging will void the warranty.
Contraindications include, but are not limited: Acute inflammatory skin diseases, arrhythmia, lymph node removal, erysipelas, deep thrombosis phlebitis, pulmonary oedema, acute venous thrombosis, unstable hypertension and patients with a pacemaker. Any health concerns please consult a doctor before use.

I love using the gloves especially the spike side, my skin feels great after doing the routine. I put the cream on after my shower and then use the roller side. I really love how the cream makes my skin feel. I have two sets of gloves and two creams one in bathroom and one in bedroom. I do the routine twice daily and feel energised after. The routine in the morning is more vigorous than the evening. In saying that I have been doing this for three months now and there is no change in my body at all and no weight loss at all. A little bit disappointed when I read other comments from people losing weight and seeing a different just in weeks. I will keep it up and see how I go. ๐
Iโm on to my second bottle of the lymphatic lotion & first time buying the Magfatic oil spray & I have to say I love it! On occasion I feel mild pain & inflammation in my knees & bought the spray in the hopes it would help. At first I didnโt think it was doing much until the days I forgot to use it, I now set it up with my gloves and lotion to make sure I donโt forget because it really does help. I can honestly notice after one use, no pain/discomfort & I donโt feel heavy in my legs particularly around my knees. Love it! Highly recommend

As asked for - honest review. Iโve only been using the spiky side, I love the feel of the patting and brushing (maybe itโs my menopausal itchy skin) but beware of skin tags - ouch! I do it before the shower, and am rushing after I get out and run out of time for the roller side. As I said I like the feel of it and feel my skin is clearer, but didnโt have bloating or fluid build up to begin with. Pretty sure my largeness is just fat, not bloating ๐คฃ I will continue, and will make sure I allow time for the roller side as well. I havenโt had any side effects like some people mention.
I'm only using them every 2nd day to ease myself into it. I have a routine of doing the gloves in the morning just before I get into the shower.
Not sure how long I should wait to use the rolls side and if I can use them on bare skin or should I do that with clothes on?

I have been using the mag spray mixed in with the lymph cream for my whole body for a few weeks now. It feels and smells so nice on the skin. I haven't had any reatless legs since using the spray and cream, which usually happens frequently. I also love that the spray doesn't sting. Only one I have ever tried that doesnt sting!

Something clicked when I first came across Chelsey Jeans videos on social media and messages about the importance of the lymphatic system on our health. I'd had hip surgery and experienced leg swelling and even after 4 years, weight fluctuation is a norm. The daily glove routine is not difficult. In fact, it's a time to reconnect with your body and health. Hi Chelsey, I was a bit sceptical at first about ordering the gloves. I have just turned 80 and I thought it my be a bit late to start this lymphatic cleanse, I do it every morning before my shower, I have to be cateful because I have a reverse shoulder implant and a replacement knee, I do the tapping and brushing very carefully, I can't get round my sides because of restricted movement. I must admit the brushing brings my skin alive, and I have noticed a few changes in my bodily functions. I am trying to lose weight as well by doing Thai chi walking. So I think that the lymphatic cleanse is giving me a bit more energy. Regards Carole
After 30 days , I have found that my skin is superb. The aged spots and wart like lumps on my back have disappeared. I have an intolerance to eggs and these products are enabling me to keep my skin moist and free from winter itching. After a big rub down, I wash with a pure soap, then apply the products. I'm sold. I've had my glove set for a few weeks now. It is only now that I am starting to really feel like something is changing. After a year of medical issues and day surgerys. My body had started to work against me. I didnt like my body, It didnt feel like me. I hadnt changed anything not my diet or my physical activity. Im moderately active. I had started to gain weight quiet rapidly. Drs are not interested. While Im sure some of my weight gain would be fat. I felt like majority of it was fluid. Finally after consistent use, morning and night. Spiky side, shower and then the magnetic ball massage with the lympatic cream and then using the facebiotics (you dont need alot less than 10cent amount) on my face, my body is beginning to feel like mine again. My face and body is hydrated and soft. I use the magnesium spray on my belly, legs and feet if Ive had a big day at work doing 18k steps. It really doesn't take long to complete my routine, 2/3 mins spiky side, i really like the sensation of the spikes on my feet and ankles, relaxes them. Always moving towards the heart. Then the same for the magnetic roller ball side with the cream. Total time including my face routine 15mins.
After 2 weeks of use. I can notice a difference. Less cuffing around ankles, feeling a bit lighter around knees and overall skin is looking less dimply - I'm not claiming it has gotten rid of cellulite altogether but my skin surface is definitely looking healthier. It was getting super dimply and as someone who exercises quite regularly this just wasn't adding up. Using the gloves in the shower leaves you feeling a bit more invigorated too. And the gloves are comfortable and easy to use, the little metal balls slide across your skin easily and you can use these as hard as you like and the prickly side is just enough that it stimulates the skin nicely.

The gloves are easy to use and I do the sequence 2 times a day once with the gloves and my towel at night time this is the start of the 3 rd week since getting the gloves. The first week I did feel a bit off and only used them slowly . I wanted to try them as I have fluid issues around my tummy and ankles. I feel better for using the gloves and I have noticed that fluid doesnโt buildup like it was when I wasnโt using the gloves.

Love my gloves and cream! I have to be honest though, the first few times was a bit painfulโฆ Iโm not sure if I was massaging too hard but after the first week I noticed dramatic improvements. No pain ( especially around the areas that were puffy ) and circulation has improved. The swelling and puffiness has definitely improved, and my skin feels softer and smoother. I realise the initial pain was probably the swelling which has now gone as my circulation is much better. 5 โญ๏ธ

I have been using the Dual-Action Lymphatic Gloves for a couple of weeks now, and they definitely make my arms and legs feel lighter. I suffer from stage 3 lipedema. I know that they are doing some good for my body, because I am ridding more fluid from my body than usual. So far so good.
Its been about a few months, and my routine and rhyhm has kicked in. At first I was kinda tentative, spiky side gave me a rash, then I started watching the videos (i recommend doing that first off so you're doing it "right" straight from the get go.) After that, it felt so good, tingles in all the right places. Now, i wonder what the upstairs tenant is thinking of all the slapping going on in my bathroom morning and night. An analogy I keep in mind is "imagine a slab of butter, frozen, you put it on the counter and using something with spiky bits (like a meat mallet) you bash it for about 30seconds . Scrape off the soft bits, put back in the freezer and repeat again every day. Eventually it will have all been reduced to nothing). That's what I think of when Im giving my visceral fat a good old slap. Oh, and I have got definition in my upper midriff area. So, slowly but surely, results are happening.

These gloves are a brilliant. Great way to enhance the look of your skin and improve circulation quite quickly. My upper arms are losing that crepey skin look and my body feels energised. Would love smaller gloves for facial as well. I have also used in the sauna my whole body feels lighter.
