The Chelsey Jean Sequence
New here · 5 steps · 2 to 5 minutes

Everything starts at your chest

Not your legs. Not wherever feels puffiest. Your chest, every single time, because that is where it all drains back to. Do it in the wrong order and you are pushing against a closed door.

There is a difference between doing this and feeling it. The Dual-Action Lymphatic Gloves do what fingertips cannot, the spiky side across the skin and the magnetic balls for deeper stimulation. The Lymphatic Cream is what lets them glide, so you are not dragging on dry skin and cutting it short. Use the set together, every day, two minutes minimum. Nobody gets this from one good session. You get it from the days you did not skip.

Chelsey walks through the whole sequence. Or read it below.

The whole thing, written out

01

Pop the cork

Get comfortable, relax, and breathe deep. Then tap at your chest, collarbone and armpits. This is where everything drains back to, so it has to be open before anything else moves. Chelsey calls it popping the cork.

Then tap the other main stations too: tummy, hips, knees, ankles and elbows.

02

Upper body

Gentle brushing movements, three to ten strokes each, always towards your heart.

Armpits to heart · neck to heart · elbows to heart · fingertips to heart

03

Core

A clockwise motion around your abdomen, three to ten times. Then sweeping strokes from your back towards your belly button, and upwards from your tummy towards your heart.

04

Flow up the legs

Tap at the hips first. Then gentle upward brushing movements, three to ten strokes each.

All around your pelvic area · knees to pelvis · ankles and calves to knees · full leg, toes to pelvis

05

Bounce

Rebound, dance, hop, skip, jump. Whatever you like. Two minutes of moving at the end is what carries everything you have just shifted.

The bits people ask about

How long does it take?
Two to five minutes for the whole sequence, once or twice a day.
What is a good pressure?
Hard enough to feel it, soft enough not to hurt.
Which side of the glove?
Spiky side on bare skin. Magnetic roller side over clothes, or on bare skin after your cream or oil.
How do I breathe?
In through your nose for four seconds, out through your mouth for six.

Start slowly. Every second day to begin with, then build up. There is no prize for rushing it.

Print it and stick it up

The one-page version, with the stroke directions drawn on. Most women put it on the back of the bathroom door.

What you do it with

Best results come from the Dual-Action Lymphatic Gloves used in conjunction with the Lymphatic Cream. They are built to work together and the sequence is designed around both.

The spiky side covers far more skin than fingertips ever will, and the magnetic rollers do the slower work over the top. The cream is what lets the glove glide instead of drag, which is the difference between a routine you keep and one you quietly give up on.

When you are ready for a set

The sequence uses all three: the gloves to move, the cream so the glove glides, and the oil after. If you are starting from nothing, start with the kit rather than buying them one at a time.

Women who started exactly where you are

“Started using the Chelsey Jean lymphatic massage system about 4 weeks ago. First thing to show up was more energy. After a couple of weeks I noticed my face was tighter and a lot less puffy and my wrinkles seemed to be less, to the point friends and family commented.”

Michelle B.

“I have been using the gloves for about a month now. Must admit that I am feeling much better. My energy level has improved. Sleeping better.”

Nancy

“I found the mitts scratchy at first, but I quickly got used to the sensation. I keep my kit on the bathroom vanity so that I can use the products straight after my shower. Keeping it here reminds me to do it every day.”

Tracey K.
